Need to get myself together: The beginning 16th Sep 14 at 1:38 PM
    Hi all

I am back. Short story, I was in this position before though holding a baby in my arms and his dad left us with a loan I got for him (I naively believed there was people after him) and such a bad overdraft. I managed to scrape it back and pay it all off and was on a high (figuratively) of being debt free.

Four years on I have been left (no baby this time) and foolishly beleived this guy was decent. No need to tell me off or should have known better, believe me I am my own worst enemy.

So now my debts are :

£1,000 overdraft (hope to clear by Christmas or least by January)
£200 odds Next (Yeah this is me I cannot blame anyone but myself here) I want it cleared by Christmas at least
£5,000 loan ( I am mad I know for having got it for him and he "says"will help with this but will not hold my breath as he is already asking for more money - probably for the girl he left me for...) I hope to pay this back in 2.5 years not the 5 year plan I was given.

Anyway, I am determined and I will not fail

Also need to put money aside for America in May 2015. (£125 a month) and also 52 week challenge. The reason I am going to America is its my 30th and my mum and dad are paying for this.

The first post is longer than I thought it would be I am so sorry!!

Hopefully I will be back on track soon xx

Is circle better than paypal payout?

I don't find there's that many available on my phone? Maybe if I was on a computer they'd be more.

Beginning to get a hang of PA a bit better, did not realise sometimes you have to enter the code into it while clicking finish story until today... so wont know if I am going to get some £'s here but will see

Right now still awaiting the £20.74 payout to go into bank to transfer to savings. and my total at PA right now is £26.85 (£4.30 of that is confirmed) Since joining two weeks ago made over £55 well chuffed. This will defo help for Christmas and get my £365 funds back up as I have emptied that....

20 days to payday. Quiet weekend How is everyone xx

Monz I am amazed about your survey payouts! I signed up to PA, I made £2.60 in about 8 minutes! But that was for about 5 surveys but now says there are no more still good!

I am so glad it's the weekend! Your weekend sounds lovely with your pamper girly night. I am watching my sisters kids tonight, and going to a friends for dinner tomorrow, so should be cheap and cheerful! xx

Absolutely inspired by your posts Monz, you're absolutely beautiful both inside and out and your journey has been a blessing to read.

I have signed up to some survey sites and read through your whole story, it's like getting to know someone without knowing them, very inspiring.

Any guy would be lucky to have you in their lives I'm so sorry you've had bad luck. Enjoy your Florida trip and looking forward to hearing more about your story in the future.

    Lots of love Carl x

Thank you so much Carl <3 that was lovely to read this morning!

Had a good weekend, Friday night I had a OITB season 5 watching (clearly it was a wild night with my pjs crisps and blanket on couch!) Saturday was my niece birthday party and my friend came over for her mini baby shower and watch the Scotland game haha, overall spent £20 max and that was mainly on some baby items for her.

17 days until payday ah I hate 5 week months!!! This week survey central to boost my holiday spendings

    How is everyone xx

Cashed out £20.80 from PA half will go to holiday fund. £10 will be in my petrol pot lol. Still awaiting news on £16. Just awaiting on this to clear.

Still not received my £4 from crowdology, will send an email regarding this or maybe await another day.

Got another survey week coming up will get £15 amazon voucher for this - this is going towards a nike tracksuit I saw for my boy. Not for his birthday just for daily life

15 days to payday, find 5 week months so hard!! I keep spending as soon as paid but mostly been for holiday - going to go through my banking though as its quickly out.

4 weeks on Saturday Florida next focus when home will be house fund and with surveys etc will be focused on Christmas and my sons birthday :d. Will book his party when home also xx

I noticed the lack of PA surveys since last night.

Gilmore girls is my all time fave! I don't watch much TV or follow anything, but I sat watching back to back hours all the way through the seasons of gilmore girls

I thought I would post the survey sites I find very useful and which have contributed to be being debt free. I know most people use them but I thought I would share my faves

    1. Opinion World - This is the main one that got me out of debt and I hold very close to me. I do this everyday almost and get roughly £10-20 a week amazon vouchers from this. Dont get me wrong there are couple months I go through phases I do not want to look at surveys but with birthdays/christmas this is amazing! I used to read you are entered into quarterly draw and ignore it thinking yeah ok... last year I won £5,000 and cleared all my debt and now have a chunk to deposit for my first house. I never believed I would win... still shocked to this day

    2. Valued Opinions - you get to make roughly £1.50-1.75 per day before "no more surveys" are available. I find this useful for cinema tickets, argos and of course amazon vouchers. I make about £20 a month from this

    3. Crowdology - you can make about £4 a month paypal. Get the app makes it go up quicker than waiting for an email :P

    4. Pinecone - this comes every so often £3 via email

    5. Prolific Academic - Thanks to Kirsty - this is a new lil dream!!! Had past month and made about £60!! Very good!

    6. Ipsos Isay - I get to cash out £5 amazon vouchers every second week or so.

    7. Newsvista - takes a while but get £50 about once a year which is amazing and currently been selected to do as many as I can for month of June... dont know if this is for everyone though

If I can think of any others will add to this xx
