So Nina and her husband can just walk away from Holby and go to Amsterdam with not a word to anyone??? I know it's fiction but that seems farcical.

Nina and Matteo (well, the actors) are very wooden, I won't miss the characters nor their storylines (??) at all.

Wonder if Mateo (Christian) will go back to Game Of Thrones.

I thought Nina was quite good but not keen on her husband.

No one ever works their notice in Holby. Even more surprising, they can accept a position elsewhere, change their minds and return to Holby.

Well, what’s up with Jac, then? Hopefully not muscular dystrophy!

Where does M. Dystrophy come from?

I literally cannot look at any scene with Matteo, I have to cover my eyes lol, I just can't stand him visually or otherwise. I don't think any other tv character has affected me as much as him.

Pollypenny - thanks for reminding me about Louis.

Casualty on very soon hope it's not going to be boring again then two Holby episodes next week when I guess the bloke out of Hollyoaks will wreak carnage. Maybe a cross over episode with Casualty next Saturday?

With the McGann brother coming to Holby I wondered (fleeting in a moment of madness !!) if we are in for a cross-over of Holby and Doctor Who ? Maybe the flashing light we see in that trailer with Jac is the Tardis ?

I found Tuesday's Holby boring, I couldn't follow it. All the time expecting to see something similar to the trailers so nearly drifted off as a consequence and wasn't prepared for the last scene with Jac.

Second half on today (after midnight writing this)

What did the rest of you think of the 1st part?

I found Tuesday's programme quite gripping. Jac is obviously worried about her shaking hand, Parkinson’s or MD?

And coupled with her need to be Alpha surgeon, she’s not about to be seen failing when someone else has a soaring reputation.

Now it looks like there’s a killer on the loose - which is odd, I’ll admit?

Looking forward to tonight. Hope they don’t kill off Jac, she’s my favourite character along with Henrik.

Perhaps the person who injured her is Friedrik ? Or Fran ? Or someone she thinks is a friend eg Sasha or Henrik ?

I do hope Jac stays, but she’s been on it as long as I’ve been watching Holby so may need to broaden her acting CV.

Perhaps Essie will find comfort from Sasha ?

Perhaps Essie will discover she’s pregnant with Raf’s baby

Poor Henrik, I need to console him.

Hope Ollie makes a full recovery.
