ilovecashback is a SCAM. 22nd Jul 14 at 2:38 PM
This site has proven itself to be just like the others - a scam. I took out a payday loan on 3rd July through PaydayUK of £100 which in total cost me £129.50, with advertised cashback of £40.00. The transaction has still not been "tracked".

First thing I did was get a support ticket. Had the following response:

    "Thanks for your message.

Normally, when you purchase at a retailer after clicking through from I Love Cashback, the transaction is automatically tracked in your account and you do not need to do anything at all.

However, in this case, it seems that your transaction hasn't come through to us from PaydayUK.

Thanks for sending your details - I've now passed them onto PaydayUK who will now look into your transaction and add it to your account.

I'll keep you updated as soon as we receive a response."

Left it a week, got back to them again, said that paydayuk still haven't "investigated" it. This was the response:

"I've just checked on the progress of this transaction and I'm afraid that we're still waiting for PaydayUK to investigate, however, no further info should be needed. I'll let you know as soon as we receive a response from them"

Having spoken to PayDayUK about it, they told me: "I'm sorry. The offer of cash back was closed by 30/04/2014, since you have applied after that, the account was not eligible for cash back." Why, then, was the offer still being advertised two months later on the site? False advertising.

    RAGING.

So just checked today and I can confirm my withdrawal request has now been rejected. It's not looking good news, no announcement yet of a close or take over but I am expecting it to come.

As expected, all we can hope for is that they get bought out and continue operating otherwise I expect liquidation then we are highly unlikely to see our money.

    No Casback Received!
I requested my cashback of over £20 on 3rd March 2016 & although you say it can take up to 30 days I still have not received it 57 days later despite emails etc which you just ignore! I believe this site to be a scam & wonder if Trading Standards would be interested in this.

Still no update, but that's not a big surprise.
Hoping the Directors get punished for their actions.

I must have been so, so lucky and grateful for help of a major company.

Others who state they submitted a payout claim before myself haven't been paid, which is why I don't think my luck was attributed to Ilovecashback. More luck that the merchant saw sense and didn't want to waste any more time or future potential costs.

Still amazing how this sort of practice is allowed to go on. Such a con. The company profile is still active (ORS Global LTD) which I keep an eye on but no updates recently.

    Hello,

Been a member here for a long time. But I don't post at all. I have been keeping a eye on Ilovecashback as I had a little over a £20 waiting to be paid to me from them. I lost all hope of seeing that money about a month back when the website completely vanished.

Today for some reason I thought I would check the website. Surprise the website is back up and trading again. My £20+ was still there and I have requested to withdraw it via paypal again. Fingers crossed I and all of you can get your money which is rightfully yours.
