The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    Good afternoon all
Just got back in, its a bit blustery out there. But out in the sunshine for a 17 mile run .. lovely
Nice to be able to get out in shorts and t-shirt again without needing a jacket.

    Good morning, moonbeams!

There's a beautiful sliver of a waning crescent moon against the pale blue dawn sky out there!

Looks like tonight it'll be a no-moon night!

    Edit..
Earlier this morning I was watching my recording of The Sky at Night, featuring 'Oumuamua, a strange tumbling chunk of something that has come from outside the Solar System.
(NB. That lone apostrophe at the beginning is meant to be there..... it's an Hawaiian thing, to indicate a glottal stop!)

It's name is Hawaiian for 'messenger from afar arriving first'.

    Good morning all

Lovely blue skies and sunshine here today. Windows open and I'm making the most of the view before they move me to a different office this week, with a lovely view of a wall.

Have you taken something for it?

It's blowing a hooley and pouring here, too..... rain smashing against the window.
I wasn't surprised......... driving home yesterday late afternoon, far on the horizon there were some very tumultuous looking clouds, despite the sun still shining at that point. Cumulo-nimbus, plus one very towering-looking one. Forget the name of it.
Rain started in the late evening, though.

    Good morning, little Stormclouds!
