    Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
    Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

    The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    I was, but I was hungry last night and made myself supper and felt OK after that, so decided I'd give it a go this morning. Managing OK so far but very tired. Perhaps another day off would have been wise but I have so much to do here

    I had a coffee in a cafe this morning. My first coffee for a couple of days and only the second one in about two weeks!

    This morning's one will do me now for a while.

    (I also had a very nice vegetarian breakfast: grilled halloumi, proper mushrooms, three grilled tomato halves, baked beans, spinach leaves, hash browns and wholemeal toast. All piping hot and very tasty! )
