The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    Good morning, muttlings.

Hahaha! Autocarrot changed my muttlings to muttlungs for some reason! Pretty apt, though, as I'm still wheezing like a good'un, with the occasional apoplectic coughing fit.
    Had to miss AmDram yesterday.

What does autocarrot think a muttlung is, I wonder? Must google.......

    Good Morning world

I have had a bit of a lazy morning really, had an online grocery delivery then popped out for paint. Will be business as usual tomorrow though

And then Monday coming should have been my silver wedding anniversary.

Then 18th December is my Mother in law and deceased Father in law's anniversary plus the 22nd is FIL birthday so MIL will be sad also. Then bloody Christmas and New Year and on 3rd January it's the anniversary of my husband dying.

I hate this time of year

Yeah, that's a lot of sad days at any time, let alone at a time when people are going whoop whoop.

    Howdy doody peops!

Cold with blue skies. Ice on car, but don't need to drive today.

Am going to try and venture out to the bank this morning. Two bills need paying, and they can't be done over the phone.
Cough is easing, but I will wrap up warm

Must remember to down hood and remove scarf from across face before I go into bank.

I'm sure he must think "omg, here she comes again" when I walk in.

Oh, heck, flakes of snow meandering down! No, now zooming sideways, in a strong wind!

    Morning, folks.

Ooh! And there are some pretty blue lights outside!

But seriously, I didn't get Mr. MumblyFumblyMaker! He wasn't there at all, not at the counters. I got young Mr. CheeryFace! So I was the epitome of efficiency and speed of purpose, as is my wont!

The only slip was that he made me laugh and that set my coughing off again!

And I had some nicely cooked haddock and chips waiting for me when I got home, as I had bunged them in the oven before I went out, so am nice and replete now!

Yes, I know it's not even 10.30, but I do strange things like that, and anyway, I've been awake since 4am, so it feels like lunchtime!
Might have some pudding in a minute!
