The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

Morning all, clear blue skies and sun this morning, though definitely an autumnal nip to the air. We too have high wind forecast later.

Flick, ouch! Whatever have you been doing to yourself?

Have got an appointment at the docs for Friday but they have suggested I go to A & E if I need to be seen sooner. A bit over dramatic I fear. Although I may review that assessment he next time I have to go to the loo......I am really hoping the codeine has maximum side effects effect.....I am genuinely dreading the thought....

Yup, ice packs are cold. That's the point! To reduce inflammation around the disc/vertebral joint!
If it's wrapped in a dry cloth, the feeling of cold will be momentary, then soothing, then you won't even know it's there! It needs to be done a lot.
