The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

Am hoping to see the ISS tomorrow morning. Trouble is, although there are wonderful views with wide open spaces from the east through the south to the west, it's appearing between the NW and the NE which is an upward slope of a hill and buildings and trees! Typical.

I managed to practice my Italian a lot today, as I met some Italians who didn't speak English. Hurray! At last! Am now exhausted with the effort as it was the first real chance I've had for two years!

Morning! My phone records my steps, most days it's quite a bit less than 2,000, though I don't carry it around at home so that's not completely accurate.

If I mow the lawn and carry it with me while I'm doing so it shoots up at to about 6,000, and I only have a small bungalow!

It was all just largely pointless to track them.

You should join either the 1000 or 2000 mile challenges in the Sports and Fitness MoneySaving Board. (Then scale it for the rest of the year)

10 mins minimum of brisk walking is the way to go. (That is brisk, not a stroll)
