The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

Me happy bunny - I've discovered that Drama are reshowing "When the Boat Comes In".

I missed the first few episodes, so am catching up with them on the UKTV app, whilst recording the non-missed ones on the TV, as I can't stand having to endure ad breaks when wat hung it on the iPad.

It's one of my favourite series of all time, and I've seen it before a few times, but not for a while, so it's great!

It was quite an eye-opener from a social history point of view. If anyone wonders if we should retain the welfare state, they just have to watch it.
Not to mention not having to die from TB anymore.

Off to watch another couple of episodes now!

"You shall have a fishy on a little dishy, you shall have a mack'rel......When... the boo-ort cooms in!"

Found this nice version with a Pathe Newsreel thing......

    How long ago was that?

I do know that there is more than one type of TB, and some types are more virulent, and that it can affect other parts of the body as well as the lungs.

I must do some googling now.
