The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    Thank you :-)

I am pleased I got the linen cupboard though. I sorted all the bedding into sets and then packed them into pillow cases. Easy access and no more searching for that one matching pillow case!

I also realised I am woefully short on towels but have a worryingly large surfeit of tea towels.

Am I the only one who thinks the Rip Off Britain trio are the most ludicrously dressed women ever?

They look as if they've bought the dregs at a sale - stupid, fussy embellishments etc. Are they competing with each other?

    Good morning

It's a beautiful morning, sunshine and blue sky

    And I'm not working

Might get the rest of the lawns cut but I've a notion to waste the day down the town or to head to a little village by the sea and just mooch and eat ice cream

    Morning all!

Sunny here as well - although I doubt the grass will have dried enough to mow it later!

Had a right mare this morning! Went to have a shower - cold water. So I have a look at the boiler - can't see any issue. Ho hum! The boiler is being serviced today so I have a quick wash and carry on. I then go to get some ice for my morning iced coffee and the freezer is off! I checked the fuse box and the whole circuit had tripped. I have no idea why. If I had just ruddy checked that first I could have had a nice shower this morning instead of a quick wash with a cold flannel

    Morning all

The calm before the storm today, or rather the calm between storms

Nice and sunny but huge amount of rain yesterday and rain all day tomorrow is forecast. Cutting the hedge this morning even though it's still wet.
