Hi I am looking at asking my current mortgage lender Santander to give me better rates, they offer 2 yr fixed no fees, 3 yr fixed no fees and 5 yr fixed no fees, how would I go about choosing the right one for me would I look at the interest rates they are offering or the monthly payments any advice would be welcome thank you0
