I'm glad to hear that. I have a bit of discomfort in my hand and arm, but nothing debilitating.

She has been, but she needs more sleep than I do. She also had a glass of Dissarano earlier.

    Wotcha been up to?

I didn't need any lunch today.

Oh Fruity you don't need salt. I have for years used next to no salt.
Just lots of hugs and kisses from your lovely cousin, that is my recommendation for replacing salt.

I do like fried bread to put baked beans on.

A month ago, the place I was at had lovely fried bread! In the past they had done lovely fried bread, then it became horrid, maybe a new chef using a cheap oil to fry it in, but now it's lovely again!

My main beef about full English breakfasts is that they aren't often piping hot, even though I get down there for the very start. Even at the nice fried bread place, (which was in Zummerzet, Fruity!) , the first morning's was nice and hot, but the second morning's was more lukewarm.
I can't bear lukewarm beans and lukewarm bacon. They need to be hot, even if not piping hot.

Another thing I've noticed is that either the bacon or the sausages can be very nice, but rarely are both very nice! It's strange!

However, there is added salt in a huge percentage of what we eat., whether we like it or not.
Even a stock cube has a lot of added salt.

I've noticed that places abroad still use a lot of salt. In Italy, a lot of the dishes are noticeably salty, which is a shame.

I find it's not just brekkers where the food isn't kept hot. So many places dish up a hot meal on cold plates.

I like proper fried bread, but there was some really nice fresh bread with a lovely crust and poppy seeds, so I toasted that to put the egg and beans on.
The snorkers were nice, but only half the length of proper bangers, so of course I had to double the quantity.

I waited for a new batch of eggs to come out only to find the yolks were all on their way to being solid.
Egg yolks must be runny! It's the law.

I am quite partial to cold beans straight from the fridge. However I agree that if it's meant to be hot, it should be really hot.
That applies to the tea as well. Warm the pot!

The holiday inn hotels I have stayed at recently I haven't bothered with breakfast. The strangled eggs are done in a microwave I think, and they have a grey tinge to them. Yuck.
