    Re the above, has anyone else been suffering from their online banking services being really slow ever since the TSB split from Lloyds in September? I have, and I don't know whether it's anything to do with their systems now, or whether it's being caused by something else to do with my computer.

    I realise this is an oldish thread, but I'm having significant problems with Lloyds Bank personal banking with Firefox 41.0.2 under Windows 8.1. It goes into Not Responding mode for what seems like ages (probably a minute) at each stage when I log in. I clear the cache on a regular basis but it makes no difference. Anyone else suffering or is it just me? Admittedly I use a lot of add-ons, but I've turned ad and tracking blockers off and still have this problem.

    No problems here on BOS/Halifax/TSB using 41.0.2 in Win7

    Also, try disabling any add-ons and see if that does the trick.

    lloyds online login painfully slow
    managing my cousins account, and lloyds online banking is dire compared with firstdirect. Only page that responds quickly is logoff...every other webpage I use is quick (30Mb fibre) - why is lloyds so bad?

    Try a different browser and ideally upgrade from W8 to W10.
    Chrome and Opera seem to work well with even old computers.
