Free Kindle/E Reader Books (No Chat)- Please Post all on this thread 16th Aug 13 at 1:17 PM
    Hi Guys

As voted by some members of MSE, here is a thread to list all Kindle freebie books.

Please keep this thread for listing the free books only, there is a thread here for chat and links to urls that can also help in finding free e books here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=1380993

I think it would be a little more under control if people delete their posts when they become payable if possible but I will check every week or so and move any payable ones to the gone but not forgotten board.

    Thanks

    Sarah x

Update: If you notice that books have become payable instead of creating a post could you please either disregard it until it is moved or pm a bg or the OP, this keeps the thread tidier, easier to read and easier to manage.
    Thanks

Concealment: A Compelling Psychological Thriller (Crazy Amy Book 1)

City girl Amy seems to have it all—the high-flying job, the designer wardrobe, a beautiful home. But beneath the successful façade, Amy has secrets she’d rather her bully-boy boss Ed didn’t discover—like her troubled past and the little voice she hears in her head…
When a junior colleague is murdered, Amy’s fragile equilibrium is shattered. She suspects a client’s fraud links Ed to the killing, but is her paranoia working overtime?
As Ed tries to discredit her, Amy fears for her job, her sanity and her life. But she’s a tough professional, not a quitter, and somehow she must find a way to fight back...

Concealment is the second novel of British author Rose Edmunds, and also marks the beginning of Amy's journey from City hotshot to amateur sleuth to who knows where... At its heart, this is the story of one woman's struggle against her own self-doubt—a universal theme.

    Cesspool

James Fisher was the devoted teacher who taught his students to question authority. He was the devoted husband that didn’t know what his wife was up to. His life was a tragedy waiting to happen.

After the accident, he moved to a backwoods town, content to waste away while the world burned. He was awakened from his apathy by a small girl with a big problem. It was safer to look the other way. Getting involved would place James squarely in the crosshairs of the local police.

He was afraid, but he did it anyway.

Sidewinder (The Halcyon Files Book 1)

Pictures don't lie, even when they accuse a loving, devoted husband of murder. Thomas was a brilliant detective, but his last case was never solved because it ended with his disappearance. The reason now seems clear, but Kate won't believe it. She can't. And she'll prove his innocence, no matter what the cost. Corruption and deceit cloud her way, but in the middle of it, she finds the most unlikely person - a homeless boy who clings to her like the child she and Thomas never had. Perhaps she and the boy can survive the truth together. Maybe they can mend the tatters of one another's hearts.

    Harbored Secrets

From the author of the popular Maternal Harbor comes Harbored Secrets (a mystery in the unearthing of family secrets.)

In May of 1935, Blinny Platt’s homestead shack burns to the ground forever leaving her family asunder, scattering them like the embers flew on the Montana wind. She was only eight-years-old, sent away and in charge of her little sister. She could handle that because Platts take care of Platts.
