    Hello,

It is that time again for a new thread as the old one is about to approach its 150th page.

Thanks to sarah1972 for posting the last thread

Please note in post number two there is now a list of FAQ that had been asked a lot through the old thread. I thought this would be useful too add because of the same question coming up page after page.

    Happy Posting

I'm getting fed up that every time I declare something as not received on Unaddressed Mail; they phone me to tell me they are sending me an e-mail to ask if I was sure I hadn't received it. Yes - that's why I ticked it as not received! And if you are sending me an e-mail, why are you phoning me as well?

Yes I was aware and I recorded all unaddressed mail I received.
I am sure I did not receive any of the images. Nobody else would have thrown them away as they knew I was watching for them.
I received normal post during this time.

I do wonder why you don't resign from TNS as you are always complaining about them.

I agree that TNS definitely need to be much better organised but if I have ever had a problem they have always resolved it very quickly.

Recently I have been asked a few times to confirm receipt day of items as a Monday rather than the Saturday. I know there is obviously a local delivery problem as we have had no mail delivered on 2-3 Saturdays recently but with lots on the following Monday. Surely this is what the survey is for to highlight problems. Have you thought that there are possibly problems in your area & that they need confirmation that data has been correctly entered so the problem can be addressed?

I am getting fed up with TNS constantly querying my posting times. Every time, I just confirm my original posting time and never amend it.

Like you, I always just confirm the "daily tasks" queries, but this query came by email. I was told that the SMART had logged it as being sent the day after. The item was a cube so posted at the post office, therefore, I had proof of postage this time. So I highlighted the date and time and sent them a pic as return email. I resisted the urge to include cleverly disguised exasperated sarcasm in my covering note (or not disguised for that matter!)! 😉 No reply from them so I suppose that was acceptable!!!
I know they're only trying to figure out if I've made a human error or if indeed the fault lies with Royal Mail, but it can get a bit demoralising when frequently being asked "Are you sure you were sure the first time you said you were sure?"!!
    Happy posting peeps!! 😁

With luck TNS are reading this thread and may get the message. As I have said before, they should have not changed the last collection times from 0900hrs to 1700hrs; otherwise this mess should have been prevented,

They should have kept the last collection time as 1700hrs rather than amending it to 0900hrs. This would have then prevented the queries.

Took me three attempts to log the second item - I finally managed to get it to submit by changing the time I posted the item by 5 minutes. Not sure what is going on, my box is still 11.45am Saturday collection. The system seems to think it should be 7am for some reason

Rang L2shop and was assured they were real and the 'cigarette burn' was a security feature
Went back to Arg@s with the tel no the lady gave me (she said to tele her again if any problems) and they then produced a leaflet with the info on - the idi0ts
They gave me my cash back and took the vouchers

Received today jiffy bag without the paper - the bag was flat as a pancake without the wad - cheapskate poster could have left at least 1 piece in

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

🙋Yep! I've also had the letter informing me of the vouchers "holey" new look. As tboo experienced, it's very frustrating and a pain in the bum to have to try and convince the shop that you haven't in fact had a craft session with sticky back plastic and toilet roll tubes in an attempt to forge L2S vouchers blue peter style!! If they think these look dodgy, oh what fun they must be having with the new five pound notes!!

Happy posting (and craft time ) peeps!!

I'm 98% sure that the poster didn't accidentally get the posting method wrong by asking Post Office employee for stamps, because they would have used denomination stamps, they've obviously pocketed the upfront £4 reimbursement and used their incentive stamps instead...........Do you reckon they will still receive the £2 L2S incentive/thank you voucher for posting over the counter?

I didn't even notice the new look vouchers except for the colour obviously - then when I went to spend them and was counting them out I noticed and panicked a bit but the lady in Argos took them. She asked about the different colours and I said they had changed, no mention of the hole.

However the large envelopes are usually pre-stamped with large 1st class stamps and don't require more postage than that.
