G24 - CCS calls now up to 5!

Hi
G24 originally sent us a Contractual Parking Charge Notice in July 2012 for overstaying a maximum parking time of 45 minutes at our local Toys R Us. Now on this site the car park is free and not time controlled except for a small area at the rear of Toys R Us (my partner didn't even look at the lamp post placards assuming them to be some form of advertising!). Anyway he went 20 minutes over after spending an hour looking at bicycles with our children. My car was snapped entering and leaving the car park and because we hadn't bought anything in the Toys R Us store the manager was unwilling to contact G24 to remove the charge. All subsequent letters ignored but I have now just had my 5th phone call - 2 answer phone messages left by them, 2 times when my partner has told them not to call and they finally got me today! I put the phone down but this has to be harassment!

Another lost customer for toys r us, so they only rescind charge if you buy, thats blackmail.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Hi go and buy a nice loud whistle and next time they phone ask them to hold for 30 seconds and then blow as loud as you can down the phone, also how did they get hold of your phone number?0

Or have some fun with them, they are after all scummy debt collectors

G24 originally sent us a Contractual Parking Charge Notice in September 2012 for overstaying a maximum parking time of 45 minutes at our local Toys R Us..
Do Toys R Us have a facility to lend customers a pair of trainers so they can get around the store, queue up at the till and then vacate the carpark within the space of 45 minutes? Or do they just want all their customers to buy online from Amazon instead? The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us

I picked it up this afternoon and it was put down - number left was the CCS number. Anyone any experience as to how many times this will happen before they get the message!0

They try for a week or two then get bored of it probably, and just go and hassle someone else. If you can go to BT and say this number is harassing you by bombarding you with calls, they will block them phoning youWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Just tell them the debt is denied and they must send it back to G24.
Tell them if they phone you again you will consider it harassment and will deal with it appropriately.0 -

Take Fergie76's advice and stop ducking the calls, deal with the next one to stop this harassment.

Easy. No discussion, just repeat the sentence as advised by Fergie76. PHONE DOWN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
