Any of you used the NHS choose & book website?

Just wondering if it's known for glitches as i'm out of hours to make the phone call & i'll have to wait until first thing tomorrow.
I got a referral through & got paperwork from my GP with an 'appointment' on it which was clearly highlighted - do not use this appointment. Re-book.
So i log on, select the date & time (tomorrow) & book the slot.
I can't find my appointment form that i printed so i logged back on with view to print it so i have something to hand in at the desk.
I click on change appointment only to find it saying "you have chosen the following clinic & appointment" ........ July!
I've had no letter through telling me the appointment has been changed, so i'm wondering if the website is prone to glitches.
I'll find out for sure in the morning but this is annoying me now, especially as i had to go through hassle at work (they always grumble about appointments) & had to use annual leave for the appointment.

I haven't used the website.
However, I was referred to see a consultant earlier in the year. I received a phone call from the referrals team offering me a choice of several different hospitals, I chose the one most local to me and arranged my appointment for March.
I received a letter confirming it, and then a few days later received a letter confirming an appointment at a different hospital in April.
When I rang up to query it, I was told my appointment had been cancelled for March. Apparently, one of the consultants looks through the referrals and moves appointments to more appropriate clinics. The appointment in
march had been in a general gynae clinic, and i had been moved to the recurrent miscarriage clinic in April.
How long ago did you originally book the appointment? Frustrating if you haven't received any notification of the change, hopefully they will be able to explain why you appointment was moved (if it's not just an IT glitch)0 -
I have had appointments with consultants in the past that have been changed - but i've always received paperwork to state this. They've always been at the same place, just a different date & time.
I booked this one about 4-5 weeks ago. My gripe isn't that it's been moved (although i was wanting it sooner rather than later) it's that i've not been told (assuming the website is correct).0
