    No you don't get a phone neither do you get a tv it's merely represents what is in the bundle TalkTalk Plus

    The image just shows that you get TV, phone and Broadband with the bundle. Not that you get a telly and a DECT phone.

    Unless it says otherwise, assume you won't get free electrical goods.

    TalkTalk have sold phones under their brand name before. They do send out a wi-fi router, so there's the possibility to confuse with poor wording.

    I'd expect "TalkTalk phone service" to describe the service and "TalkTalk phone" or "TalkTalk DECT phone" to be a handset.
    Businesses using 084, 087 or 09 numbers will soon need to display details of the inbuilt Service Charge under Ofcom's "unbundled tariffs" plans.

    Businesses using 084, 087 or 09 numbers for customer service, complaints, renewals, etc, will need to swap to an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number before the Consumer Rights Directive comes into effect June 2014.
