On the Facebook page there is a vast amount of mentions of their commitment to Customer Service.

This, however, is just lip-service, from what I can gather.

Criticism, as long as constructive and justified, should be welcomed and thoroughly dealt with or explained by any reputable company.

Swagbucks, however, do not take kindly to this criticism and it seems recent posts about the bizarre introduction of Daily Targets have been censored by removal, as paulshorse has mentioned.

If they responded to these issues in a timely and honest manner with a sensible explanation, then I can accept that and I may even agree, but to delete honest queries about the ninja-like introduction of Daily Targets really sticks in my throat.

It seems if you want a post to remain on the Facebook page and maybe even get a response, then you have to blow kisses and fawn to every move, no matter how sinister, that Swagbucks make.
I thoroughly agree with what you say, Inferno. The discussion this morning was not particularly critical about Swagbucks - people were confused and were asking questions about how it was all worked out and comparing earnings and targets. To have that discussion deleted by Swagbucks UK seems to me to be not only clinical censorship but totally pathetic and quite sinister.

Paul Stanley What I find so annoying - because we all knew that they would bring in personalized targets, even though we expressed concerns - is that Swagbucks did not even have the decency to announce that they were now being brought in for everyone
Unlike Reply 2 5 hours ago

Tommy Pynchon Indeed. That's what has been pretty central to my general narkiness on this issue from the very start.
Unlike 3 5 hours ago

Fiona Mitchell not just us this time though - its swagbucks wide - usa site complaining too

Fiona Mitchell got a 75sb cint - fingers crossed it credits in 8 hours as they have been doing and good luck to all, another newbie friend has a goal of 148

Fiona Mitchell oh great does that mean we are getting personal goals now then - (sarcastic voice) - oh joy

Sue Pitt mine's 165, which is ok with me - bonus 18 if I get it and I'm up to 116 so far, but luckily my profile has quite good demographics for the surveys as I watch very little SBTV
Like Reply 6 hours ago

Fiona Mitchell i'm on 4/100 lol ah well - not seen a daily for at least a week and i have good demographics too
Like 5 hours ago Edited

Sue Pitt I always try to get onto 80% on tasks then do the last one at 8am and I was lucky this morning to get a PW survey for 85. Watched a few videos and I know there'll be very little else for me today until after 4.30 so I'll come back and do the odd search and check for codes but that's all till later
Like 5 hours ago

Fiona Mitchell I do my tasks elsewhere they are worth more there , I will get there , just not fancying having to use sbtv as much lol

Sue Pitt I didn't realise the tasks could be done elsewhere ??

Fiona Mitchell yeah all the other sites I use have em

Paul Stanley I used to do all the casino tasks on swagbucks, Fiona, but now I just do enough tasks at night to get me to 80% and do the rest elsewhere like you - I couldn't believe how much more I'm earning now with them

Tommy Pynchon I mentioned this yesterday, thinking it was a bit strange...

Paul Stanley sorry Tommy - I didn't see your post yesterday
Like 5 hours ago

Tommy Pynchon I simply commented that it was the first time we'd ever had the same target 3 days running... seemed like something might be in the water. As if we were being benchmarked or something Is your TS dashboard still broken Paul? Mine is. Annoyingly...
Like 5 hours ago

Paul Stanley let me check, Tommy
Like 5 hours ago

Fiona Mitchell I still have that "you could qualify " one floating about but doing nothing
Like 5 hours ago

Paul Stanley Oh good - yes it's still broken, so no chance of a trusted survey until they get it sorted
Like 5 hours ago

Tommy Pynchon Yep, that sprinkles a little more difficulty dusting over everything. Not that there's anything much there of a weekend anyhow. Still a pain...
Like 5 hours ago

Paul Stanley I thought Nick said that the company were looking into it yesterday - they probably don't work weekends
Like 5 hours ago

Paul Stanley Yes it's just another annoying thing
Like 5 hours ago

Tommy Pynchon So some of us long-termers have goals of 80, some 100... do you reckon there are goals of 60 out there too today? Are we being stratified into 3 layers maybe?
Like 5 hours ago

Fiona Mitchell i'm wondering if its like - earn up to 100sb your next day is 60 - earn between 100 and 400 your goal is 80 earn over 400 your goal is 100 ?? I had 520 yesterday
Like 5 hours ago

Paul Stanley My last three days earnings have been 1st - 271, 2nd - 187 - 3rd 128
Like 5 hours ago

Tommy Pynchon I had a shade under 200 yesterday, but a similarly big earnings day to you on Thursday Fiona. I'm wondering if they group us into 3 separate target bands based on a 3 day moving average or something... pure guesswork though...
Like 5 hours ago

Tommy Pynchon I've earned 848 over the first 3 days, btw. How does that compare with others getting the 100 target?

Paul Stanley Lorna, think of the way they did it with the new peoplelast month - they just used a couple of days worth of results then started with the 'incentivising' - that's when they started to get the 200 and 300 sb targets

Watching the snooker, 8 sb for searching Judd Trump.

I am halfway to my next AGC then if nothing's improved I'm out of here and will try Neobux.

I can't access the ds as the cards don't load on my home page (this has been an issue for 2 months)

A lot of tasks now don't work for me as they want mt to delete cookies, other want cookies enabled.

I'm not prepared to mess around with my settings as I am not computer savvy and would mess up!

My only positive is that my searches recently have been giving me more sb (until today)

Me: Look at what someone got for searching on Swagbucks.

Hubby: Do they like profanities or something?

Me: I dunno, I know they like gonads.

Hubby: How about testicles, do they like testicles?

Me: mmm, not sure.

Me: Yup, I guess they like testicles as well.

I have no idea. The thing is, if they'd left it alone the thread would have disappeared down the page, but now people are talking about its vanishing act, keeping the subject alive and well. They also don't seem to realise that deleting a post from their timeline does not mean that it does not exist anymore; every single person who liked or posted on it still have it in their activity log

A=C ... If you can still see it in your Activity Log, chances are that SB-UK have only "hidden from timeline" as opposed to deleting it fully .. which would delete everything from everyone's activity log

I'm getting fed up with swagbucks too, and I've only been a member a month. Today's target is 120 and so far I have 7. My Amazon card hasn't come yet even though I ordered it ages ago, yet today I'm buying these with my cantbeatfree money (well, I have to put 5 cents towards them).

And even though I use the swagbucks search, its results are rubbish! I often do a google search after just to find what I wanted, and I never win anything anyway

I am annoyed they have gone ahead and introduced individual targets without informing anyone and at weekend when there is far less opportunity to get swagbucks with little or no surveys. I raised this subject on the UK facebook page a while ago when it was first mooted and suggested that they trial it first with a group of volunteers as soon as possible as many people were against it at the the time. They even asked for volunteers to take part in trialing new things like this lots of people volunteered but it went no further and now we have these ridiculous high targets, and things like Peanut Labs introducing surveys for as little as 13 SBS's, Which when raised by someone on the facebook page the response was it is the survey company not Swagbucks ? Surely Swagbucks utilise Peanut Labs services so they have a say in how may SBs are paid for surveys. ? It started at 60, then 48 now as litte as 13 SB's. Not good enough . Higher targets and reducing payouts for surveys will lose people in their droves. Lots of new people left recently due to ridiculously high targets. Swagbucks need to seriously listen to their customers
