    @star2000 - Most claims do get resolved within the 12-16 weeks period we ask members to allow. Sometimes they take longer and I am sorry about that but we are part of a much bigger system and we need to follow the system, like every other commission source.

    EE broadband throughx tcb
    Took out ee broadband which had a good cashback offer. It hasnt appeared in my account but i cannot send a ticket because it asks for a dx number and i do t have a clue what this is. Ive tried emailing tcb from many sources as there is no direct email for solving such problems. I lost a big cadh back amount last year with bt with the same problem. Im a little tired of this no contact barrier with tcb. Whats the point of customer service link if you cannot get to contact them..

    I have just spoken to our claims team who speak with members regarding their claims. They have confirmed you can find this in your order confirmation email.

    I would like to make clear that this is not a barrier, without it your claim has no chance of success. It would be wrong of us to submit claims knowing the outcome would be not positive.

    If you still have issues locating this I would ask you to speak to the merchant directly.

    After a six month wait for TCB to honour cashback from Currys, they have offered a settlement payment for £5 less than I had expected. It looks like Currys are still disputing since it wasn't for the exact amount, so thank you TCB for persevering with this and paying me anyway.

    Away from the financials for a while!

    I'm looking at Owners Direct on TCB and the reviews are horrendous.
    Even at the TCB default setting of 'Highest Star Ratings', the best is a 1* rating!

    Is there a definite issue with this merchant? If yes, why have they been allowed to continue being promoted?
    What are the stats regarding payments and or / claims?
    My interest would be in booking accommodation, rather than listing.

    Has any member received their cashback?
    Holding back for clarity, but if they are honest and reliable, I'd make a booking.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    I been looking at my stats on TCB and 1/3 of all cashback i weas entitled too got declined, quite appaulling stats really.
    They are still making me wait for my SKY cashback which got confirmed ages ago too.
    I do wonder now if cashback sites are worth the hassle as i find far superior deals by contacted merchants direct.

    Does the cashback only track for for immediate online bookings? Some of the listing and the one I'm looking at states you have to make contact with the owner first. I'm not too sure if you can then book online if your dates are confirmed? A bit of an awkward situation, so would you have to link through from TCB twice in the above scenario?     Anyone getting the infamous TCB website daft behavior tonight?

    Every now and then it insists my (long standing) account hasn't had its email authenticated yet, for no reason.

    You click the link to send you your 'validation email' but it either never arrives or arrives days later. Not sure if its clicking on the validation email or if they just fix the problem their end but eventually it goes away.

    Meanwhile it won't let you see your earnings page.

    Yahoo Fantasy Sport delays in submitting claim
    I am waiting for a claim to be submitted for Yahoo Fantasy Sport. Topcashback has acknowledged that there has been a tracking problem for the site but I still have to submit a claim. Fair enough if Topcashback could actually deliver good customer service. But no - we are going round and round in circles. I have now been sent the same question 3 times on the username and email address I used on the Yahoo. I was asked this on the 30th April, then again on the 3rd May (when challenged on this I was told it was an error to ask again) and now again today the 17th May. This is delaying even submitting my claim. I am so fed up. They do not even read the answers to their own questions. What can I do to improve the customer service. I give up and am off to Quidco after this is sorted. Topcashback never again!!!!!

    When using TCB for grocery shopping, do I need a separate receipt for each item, or say can 3 items on same receipt for the photo upload.

    It is so annoying when cashback is declined ( more than once ) stating TCB wasn't the last site to be clicked through from, when often it is the ONLY site I have clicked through.
