The Leftovers. The first 2 series were weird but I enjoyed them, I'm on episode 5 of series 3 and it's way too weird, I have no idea what's going on!

Most adverts on tv are awful so I rarely watch live tv, but I've just seen the new Money supermarket one and it's great. Skeletor is particularly impressive

The first episode of Tin Star. It's only 20 minutes in but seems pretty good, plus I love Tim Roth....

The new series of American Horror Story. I'm 3 episodes in and not really enjoying it, I've liked all the previous series, some more than others. The characters in this one are all really unlikeable and it's pretty slow paced.

Netflix has Season 3 of Gotham (used to be on Channel 5 but they seem to have dropped the show at the end of Season 2).

I hate any show where there is a constant background plinky plinky music, and this show has it in spades.

What's wrong with silence if nobody is speaking and dramatic music when something dramatic is about to happen?

Just finished False Flag......hmmmm.......it was ok but I expected the plot to be more complicated than it was. I suppose that's good really as complicated plots, I get confused too easily

Daredevil season one. Over the last few weeks I've also watched Iron Fist and Jessica Jones. Next will be Luke Cage and then the Defenders, if I don't get Marvelled out first, which is a distinct possibility.

Ray Mears Australian Wilderness which was pretty spectacular looking at the West Coast of Australia and the Ningaloo reef in particluar, nice scenery and as usual intersting.
Louis Theroux looking at the dark side of the USA, looking at the towns who now have loads of quite ordinary people who are hooked on herion, quite ordinary people who for various reasons were prescribed pain killers, became addicted to them, then they find they can not afford them anymore so buy heroin as it is cheaper. They then end up in a sad life trying to pay for the next fix and dependent on their dealers.
