Cheese not a bad price - but I can honestly say I have never paid over £2 a pack (and they used to be 400g packs, now 350g ). Its always on offer somewhere!
Seriously, who do Tesco think they are fooling?

Went to my local tesco today and the cheese was BOGOF and not get 2 free although it does say on the website what you state.
It could be that it is not as big as the towns tesco but still a fair size..didn't bother to ask why the offer was not on.

They having a laugh with the standard (or what seems to be standard price) price of the cheese, no way is it normally £4.93 (just over £14 a kilo) for 350g, not that much at work, think its something like £4.
Sorry for going off on a tangent.

Welshee in my tesco there were two offers on for this type of cheese the Mclelland brand. The seriously strong was the 3 for 1 offer the extra mature was BOGOF. They were displayed side by side and it wasnt clear could it be that you have just seen the wrong one as I did earlier today. Its worth a double check.

Everything in moderation.
And with the sell by dates being 4 months that is easily met.

drove ijn for the discos and yogurt. the allocated 3 for 1 section for discos was tiny and the shelf was empty (this was a BIG tescos). went to muller corbner, EVERYTHING was on offer, but not at the prices in OP. Complete waste of time.

The smaller ones were but not the size tesco are doing. At least not in my local B&M.

Who the blazes pays £1.75 for a packet of penguins? These are mainly not-quite half price offers, not three for ones. Damn all this Pringles pricing shenanigans.

Oh dear, Nada666. I think you are commenting on a post from October 2012. The penguins are dead by now, but don't know about the polar bears.

Indeed, it was macaroni who resurrected the thread unless a spammer resurrected it.
Tesco's market share has been reduced and Sainsbury's and Morrisons have seen rising sales. Guess which 1 was most affected by the horsemeat scandal ?
All good me thinks, about time Tesco came down a peg or 2.

Yeah, it's Macaroni's fault. Point still valid, though, - does anyone really buy chocolate biscuits at the pretend RRP?
