Part exchange my house? 17th Apr 12 at 5:27 PM
Just read that Taylor wimpy so part exchange on houses, so they get valuations on my home and then they make an offer which is valid for 6 weeks. During that 6 weeks you can also put it on the market to get a better offer but if you don't you can fall back to Taylor wimpy.

Has anyone done this with them or any other house builder?

Do they offer ridiculous prices or are they fair?

Can you still make offers on the new build you buy from them?
