    090 numbers are premium rate numbers therefore I doubt they will have a regional number! Do you mean a geographical number? if so then the answer is no, 090 numbers are premium numbers providing a service, that is what you are paying for, it's not the same as the 084/087 scam numbers where you pay a premium to hang on the phone.
