    Official MSE Insert:

Thanks to Grimbal for starting this thread, where compulsive Rightmove browsers share their funniest finds. Scroll down for Playboy mansions, unusual extensions, toilets in wardrobes and mysterious presences under bedcovers.

    Back to the original post...

Thought I'd start off a new thread as the other one was getting to be pretty long. The old thread can be found here.

How about starting up a thread dedicated to the interesting properties that we come across in our searches ?

I'm guessing these guys don't invite their granny over to watch TV

Plenty of seating in kitchen, not much else though.

EPC G1 that's the lowest I have ever seen. Surely if it's being sold as a development plot it would be EPC exempt?

Looks like one of those houses where someone decided to renovate it - and then just threw up their hands in despair at the thought of continuing and just shoved it on the market to get what they can for it.

Also - is that a garage at the back of the house? With no driveway to get to it - and that strip of grass is too narrow to turn into a driveway anyway.

It is quite narrow but so are lots of driveways these days on older houses. Cars are just so much bigger than they were.

No lift, so not many takers for the rooms higher up . There is also the possible worry of danger from telecommunication masts.

It isn't what you'd call cosy.

The top floor looks as though anyone not vertically challenged would have to walk about bent over and 'underdwelling' sound like somewhere a hobbit would live.

Wow! some place - would £37K income from the mobile companies mitigate any risks from living with the transmitters? And do the workmen to tend the transmitters come though the house for access?
