You might like to read our latest Cashback sites news story: Are you a cashback site loser?

    Back to the original post...

    Hi everyone.

We're very aware from past discussion threads that issues surrounding the collapse of the DGM affiliate network and the non-payment of cashback is still an issue that people feel needs discussion. We're entirely happy for people to discuss it on this separate DGM discussion thread so that it doesn't prevent other forum users getting the answers they need to their other queries. In the past this has often clogged up other threads with pages of posts and has disrupted the question and answer format for other users.

So we're going to start things from scratch, with a clean slate, with two separate discussion threads, one for DGM discussion, one for cashback questions for Quidco (this one).

Please remember though, libellous posts including any implication of fraud, lying, cheating aren't tolerated on this forum. Where they're reported to us they'll be removed and we will stop user accounts that keep pushing acceptable boundaries as we are liable.

Again, any posts made about DGM on this or other threads will be removed when reported and if persistent will result in further action on that user account.

Please also remember to keep on topic. This is for people to ask about Quidco. If you want to discuss other cashback sites then please start a separate thread if there isn't one already.

    Please help us with this.

Finally a reminder that MSE has no special relationship with Quidco. It's included in our Cashback Sites guide along with other cashback sites so we take comments to the contrary very seriously.

    Thanks

    Hello Joseph,
    Thanks for replying.
Unfortunately I don't use Twitter or Facebook.

Is there any other way I can get you the details?
Eg I believe some sites have a "Private Message" facility, does MSE? Or I could send you an email directly perhaps.
Alternatively I could add to my support ticket on the Quidco site if that helps.

i used the quidco energy switch in october and i`m still waiting for the cashback.i put a claim in a month ago but still no payment.i`m getting to the stage of putting it down to experience and just using other cashback sites now,as this was a simple cashback that is coming from quidco not another company.

    Hi,

I can't believe I'm going through the same rigmorale again to claim my bonus the same as I did last June. Is the process made really difficult on purpose to put people off??!
I got the 10 bonus offer in June last year and it took months of messages back and forth to quidco support with various responses. A few would suggest I wasn't eligible and others would tell me things like 'we've applied the bonus manually, wait 72 hours' and nothing would ever happen.
I now fear the same annoying never ending back and forth communications after the bonus offer in February. I've so far been told it takes 72 hours after the transaction is showing ready to withdraw (yet it had been more than 72 hours at that point). I got another message saying something similar and then another one from someone not even knowing anything about the offer?
When I forwarded a copy of the e-mail showing the offer I received I got told I didn't opt in yet I have 3 e-mails after that time clearly saying 'Thanks for opting in'. I have communications on Facebook to confirm I did everything in accordance with the offer conditions etc.

    Why is this so hard??!!!

    Quidco: BT Broadband question
    I want to switch broadband.
BT have 100 cashback card - great (their 59.99 setup fee sucks).

Quidco: have 80 - 110 cashback - it's not at all clear which package applies for which amount.

Question: if I switch, will I get the 100 cashback card AND quidco's cashback?

ELSE, I might as well stay with Virgin - they have offered 32 a month package - 150MB download and basic TV (I dont want anything else for TV).

    Thanks.

Just a quick note to publicly thank Joseph for his help in resolving my cashback concern.

In addition I hope this encourages people to follow up if they feel they have genuinely lost out on a cashback claim

    Thanks again,

If that has not tracked, don't worry as you can get that EE purchase manually tracking by raising a claim here: https://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry/

This will get that showing in your account, in your claims tab here: https://www.quidco.com/activity/claims
