Your local trading standards office should be able to provide them for you. Alternatively, you might want to consider canvassing your neighbours about setting up a "No Doorstep Selling Zone." Trading standards can help with lamppost signs and door stickers, as well as details on how to report those ignore the signs. If your street has a "Neighbourhood Watch" team, it might help eliciting their help as well.

Why didn't you just tell them, "no thanks," and close the door?

The word 'no' often doesn't register in their vocabulary

You often have to say 'no' and 'no' and after 20 minutes it seems to register they may just be wasting their time

Of course you can do the other thing and say 'no thank you' and shut the door
