Default Multivitamins

What is the difference between cheap multivitamins and a premium brand multivit that can cost (literally) 7 or 8 times more?

I know moneysaving is one thing, but when It comes to your health should you skimp on multivitamins?

(I know a good diet shouldn't need any vitamin pills but it's winter and i'm feeling a bit ill at the moment and want to help fight the flu!)
