Default weeebuy.co.uk - are they legit? Shoddy poor cust service. HELP Cant contact anyone!

Hello,
I sent my old laptop and camera off to weeebuy.co.uk. Its been a disaster from start to finish and I was just wondering if anyone had succesfully used these people. Are they a legit business?
Basically they have my laptop which they have 'regraded' and the reason on their email says scratched casing. My laptop was in immaculate condition when it was sent in so im quite cross that they have either scratched it while it was in their possession or they have marked it down wrong. That is not my only problem as these people are practically uncontactable. The phone rings and rings forever then goes to a recorded message. I have tried this a handful of times. Their 'Live Chat.ONLINE' never actually has an 'agent' there and their emails - well I am still awaiting a response....

Its been shoddy (well no, actually NO customer service) since I started the whole 'order' and that was over two weeks ago!!!!

They said they were sending me a postal bag, but then a City Link guy turned up. Then I never received any email to say that had been received and I had to wait a couple of days to get any response from my email enquiring as to whether they had arrived. I then had waited almost two weeks for the two items to be checked and now this problem has happened.

I really would like to hear from others to let me know if ive been ripped off, conned or am the only one. Has anyone else used weeebuy.co.uk succesfully?

Further to my earlier message I have an update on the situation.
weeebuy responded via email and telephone calls and as a result of one 'on the ball' representative, the problem has been resolved and they have promised me a small amount towards my laptop as a gesture of goodwill. It must have been damaged in transit?! City Link couriers - need I say anymore....! weeebuy have promised to look into it and have taken my feedback onboard about how diffucult it was getting through to someone and hopefully some positive changes will result. It also happens to have been a very busy period for them but again, it seems as if they are looking into resolving any delays with communications so that this doesnt happen again. Im pleased to have this mess sorted, its just a shame that it didnt work out as I expected - I never thought for a minute that this would happen!

I believe this company is obtaining goods by deception and it becomes even more worrying when they will not answer the phones or when they do can't get a reply from their warehouse. I have posted on the other forum regarding this company and would be very very wary about using them. I feel quite a fool as because it appeared in the weekly email I felt they would be quite safe - I was wrong.
