Default Rhino Floor / Vinyl / Lino Advice

Could any help with this query about Rhino Floor?

A bloke in Carpet right thinks you need a 'screed' floor as the adhesive used reacts with asphalt and leaves black marks. We are having new floors and they were due to be finished with asphalt.

Does anyone know if this is true?

Thanks
