    Nationwide do paperless billing on pretty much all there accounts. Can turn it off and on through the internet banking website.

    Think most banks and building society's do these days.

    so does natwest and halifax. natwesthas an app on the iphone.
    £1650 so far this year reclaimed from Lloyds bank.
