Default Paperless Statements

Does anyone know which banks have paperless Billing as I want to switch my account to one that has this option.

I know RBS have this option.
Barclays have said it is not possible.

Is this possible with Yorkshire Bank?

Nationwide do paperless billing on pretty much all there accounts. Can turn it off and on through the internet banking website.

Think most banks and building society's do these days.
