Default PPI claim on Store Cards

Can anyone help me.

My mother in law has a store card and has realised that it has PPI on it.

Can she claim this back in the same way has you claim back loan and credit cards?

Thanks

Hi Tracey

And yes, its obvious if its only now your mum have realised that she is paying for PPI then its possible they just added this without her knowledge, so well worth giving it a shot.

Here on the link below, follow the guidelines of reclaiming like you do with loan/credit card ppi etc, and you will find a FOS questionnaire on stage one, complete this and keep copies in case your mum needs to refer to this at a later date.
Send the questionnaire to whom set this up.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond.

Hope this helps, good luck and please keep us posted.
