Default CKD and disability

I have CKD stage 4 (approx 20% function) and am finding everyday life (I have a young family) more of a struggle. I have a blue badge for parking and am wondering if I would be entitled to any other benefits? Any ideas?

Have you looked at entitled to?

it all depends on your circumstances, are you working / not working... this link should help
