Default HSBC live web chat, where is it now?

Hi,

Anyone know where can I find the live web chat link on HSBC internet banking page? Cannot seem to locate it after they updated their web site...Not sure if they stop the web chat service or not...

Thanks

I am pretty sure HSBC never had a live chat service....
You only live once so make the most of it!

Are you a HSBC Advanced account holder?

When i had the HSBC PLUS a year ago, HSBC DID have this facility for web chat LIVE online....

But now I am just a HSBC bank account holder, i don't have those extra facilities online and thus can't answer your question!

They do have it as I used to use the web chat instead of calling them for certain issues with my account. Now I cannot locate it on their web site. The do have the web chat for "HSBC FactFind" just now, if you click the HSBC FactFind after you logged in your internet banking then you will see the web chat as a hyperlink.

Never used it but it seems to be here (any maybe other places)

In the 'Apply for HSBC Advance' and 'Already with HSBC Advance' boxes , there are links to 'Chat to us online'
