    Mummytogirls - 100 years to be debtfree - I think not! 2nd Mar 10 at 2:58 PM
    Hello everyone!

Only ever posted on here once but starting to get my debts in order so starting a diary to try and keep me on track.

Basically since the beginning of 2010 ive really started to think positive about reducing my credit.
This included starting a spending diary which I have totted up February today and I can tell you I am throughly shocked!!

Joined whatsthecost.com today and snowballed which told me I will be debt free in 100 years ! Well im sure I wont even be alive at which point and dont really want to live me life like this, teetering from one month to the next and juggling things around!

    So here I am!

I have a loan with HSBC that will be paid off in Feb 2012. That is the biggy and costs me £353 per month!
Once this is paid off I will be throwing this money at the credit cards to hopefully get debt free by Dec 2014.

So here goes wish me luck!!!

It sounds like you have had a blissful weekend. I have just read our last post about lunchboxes and realised I haven't made ours for tomorrow but I am all snuggled up in bed so they will have to wait until morning now, DOH!

    Evening Diary,

Sat down... slightly earlier tonight and still shattered!! Weather is just awful here at the moment, we seem to be taking a real battering! Needed some longer canes for my raspberries but haven't had chance to get them so have tied them to the fence with some string

Popped in to Mr T's with the kids in tow on the way to DDs swimming lesson. Spent £16 on various bits.. only went in for beans ... kids fleeced me out of a milkshake each

    Food today:
Breakfast - porridge with chocolate spread and banana
Lunch - chicken tikka salad, orange and yoghurt
Tea - hm cheese and onion quiche, oven chips and beans
    Snack - biscuit and popcorn
    Gym - body pump

Thats about all from me. Hope all ok xx

SA, im not doing back with gym at the mo, just need to keep it up regardless of whats going on!

HI, we live about an hour away from you I think.

    DFOD, they totally are!!!

    So food:
    Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - leftover quiche and beans and jelly
Tea - chicken, bacon and mushrooms in creamy dijon sauce, roast potatoes and veg
Snack - fruit, yoghurt and oats and a bakewell

Going to have a go at making some pizza for the kids lunches tomorrow.. bought some yeast from Mr Al's so will report back on that on!

My wheelie bin had been blown into the road when I got up this morning. Managed to retrieve it before it caused an accident, wouldn't be able to feign innocence as Mr SA painted our house number on it! Loads of branches off trees on my walk to work too.

    Afternoon Diary,

Had a busy couple of days but made it to home time on Friday just sitting down with a cuppa and a bakewell to celebrate .
Feeling quite alive so going to get in my comfies and crack on with the cleaning.

Haven't managed a NSD yet this week which is not good! Its only been small spends but spends all the same. Today's spend was on a Friday treat ice cream for the girls. Cant begrudge them that just to keep a NSD although I hoped they had forgotten!!

    So plans for the weekend:
    - chill! Although we have our 3 year old nephew overnight tomorrow and I always forget how hard work 3 year olds can be!!
    - cleaning
    - catch up with ironing (2 loads to do, 1 currently in TD)
    - make mars bar crunch (with titans though )
    - have a NSD!

Thanks for all comments re greenhouse, still need to pick it up as we haven't had chance yet

Went to spinning class last night which made my gym sessions 3 this week which I'm chuffed with.

    Food:
    Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - beans on wholemeal toast, fruit, yoghurt and oats
Tea - steak, chips, carrots, peas, mushrooms and onion rings
Snack - oaty granola bar and bakewell

Right happy weekend all, will catch up with you all over the weekend xx

    Afternoon Diary,

Having a lovely weekend here and for now its sunny .

Been out into the garden and sorted out my greenhouse, its a miracle the poor plants are still alive! Ive moved it to a different part of the garden nearer the patio now so hopefully it will be a bit more sheltered and easier for me to get to now the weather is constantly rainy.

    Jobs for the weekend were:

    - cleaning - DH and I did this between us
    - catch up with ironing (2 loads to do, 1 currently in TD) - done
    - make mars bar crunch (with titans though) - done
    - have a NSD! - hopefully tomorrow we need milk today

DH and DD1 have been to football this morning and DD2, DN and I have been to the park.
Weve just had hm pizzas for lunch using the leftover dough plus some pittas bread and sauce. They were so delicious, I always feel so virtuous using things up and just popping to my herbs for extra flavour.

Just waiting for DD1 to get her act together so we can take her to meet grandad for football.

    Hope all ok xx

    Morning Diary,

Quick update from me this morning. Such a miserable day again today, don't think I've used the washing line since I've been back at work! Got a load of washing just finishing off and then it will be in the TD, hoping to catch it just as it finishes too so save on the ironing .

Got MIL coming round for tea tonight so will have chicken and trimmings. The fridge looks bare at the moment but we've plenty in the freezer and cupboards.

Hoping today will be NSD5, but will confirm later just incase. Its pretty poor when you have spend days 6 out of 7. Will do better next week.

Have made a concerted effort with my surveys again, will try post here so that it reminds me to go on as I do find it hard through the week.
