    Mummytogirls - 100 years to be debtfree - I think not! 2nd Mar 10 at 2:58 PM
    Hello everyone!

Only ever posted on here once but starting to get my debts in order so starting a diary to try and keep me on track.

Basically since the beginning of 2010 ive really started to think positive about reducing my credit.
This included starting a spending diary which I have totted up February today and I can tell you I am throughly shocked!!

Joined whatsthecost.com today and snowballed which told me I will be debt free in 100 years ! Well im sure I wont even be alive at which point and dont really want to live me life like this, teetering from one month to the next and juggling things around!

    So here I am!

I have a loan with HSBC that will be paid off in Feb 2012. That is the biggy and costs me £353 per month!
Once this is paid off I will be throwing this money at the credit cards to hopefully get debt free by Dec 2014.

So here goes wish me luck!!!

    Afternoon Diary,

Absolutely shattered here and sooooo glad its Friday! DD hasnt been to school today and she wasn't good at all this morning. She's perked up a bit now though so fingers crossed she's over the worst.
I worked this morning and then came home and worked from home. DH did the reverse of what I did!!

So before we picked DD2 up we went to the local farmshop for some meat. Spent £17 on food and £13 on bedding plants, a raspberry plant, pepper plant and cucumber plant! I have ordered some gardening things from Wilk0 but just haven't had chance to collect them yet.

SA, Emmie and Louby thank you for your lovely comments .

Emmie, I hope you didn't reach for the PB and stayed strong!

Louby, its in 2 weeks apparently it should be ready tomorrow so I need to go again tomorrow.

Think thats all. I was just contemplating ducking out of tonights gym class but I've just reminded myself about the dress so best not

    Hope all ok xx

Ooh you sound like me with plants, I've managed to get away without buying any this weekend but have been given some I've been trying to research about propagating from cuttings because my step mum has got an amazing garden and I want to try and get some plants from her. My neighbour also has a fabulous Acer which would look great on my patio it just might take a very long time before it is big enough to look impressive.

    Evening Diary,

I had such a fantastic weekend, my good mood has continued alllll day! A couple of people even commented on how happy I was

Dress was ready and looks really good if I do say so myself

Emmie, I don't have anyone who is so enthusiastic about their garden as me so can't get cuttings . It will defo be worth it in the end if you can get it to work.

So today I've been to work and then insanity class at the gym.

Weather was awful this morning but DH pegged out when he got home which was good. Tomorrow its looking dreadful again and I have more washing so it will have to go in the dryer.

Spends today... £32.85 on petrol, milk and yoghurts.

Hope all ok anyway... 9 more working days xx

My garden mainly consists of plants that have just appeared, probably birds dropping seeds. And lots and lots of buttercups - suppose I should pull them up but they look so cheerful I don't have the heart.

    Great news about the dress

    Afternoon Diary,

Wow I am shattered after another full on week and night out! Roll on August for a rest

SA, plants sound good, wish the birds round here would take note

HI, I will most certainly be having a drink next Friday to celebrate the end of the school year and in prep for sisters wedding.

    Louby, its next Saturday

So had a busy week of hair dressers, taxiing kids around, sports dat, work and then our work night out last night.
Today we've been to see Despicable Me 3 and for a McD's which was nice.
Tomorrow DD1 has her first football match with her new team and its in Lancashire which is about an hour away! DH is out tonight so it may end up me taking her. I don't even know who the coach is or anything as I've not met him! We also need to pack for DD1's school residential which is on Monday

Right think thats all really, hope all ok xx

    Afternoon Diary,

Just back from the football, DD played well for her new team and I think it was a draw! Today should be a NSD too

We managed to get DDs things packed last night so just last minute things to put in in the morning.

DD2 is out with my friend at the moment so just enjoying some peace before she returns haha! Also need to plant some things in the garden but can't move at the moment.

Pennywise, it was in Burnley, don't really know the area at all. I don't think our house will be quiet when DD1 goes on her residential tomorrow... if DD2 was going it would be though!

    SA, here here

Emmie, it was good, I love the DM movies.

So this afternoon I will garden as I've mentioned, plus cook tea and just generally potter around. 5 working days to get through until the wedding of the year and then a mega chill day next Sunday with a takeaway .

Have a good week all xx

    Afternoon,

A draw is better than a loss, i'm sure she enjoyed herself regardless.

Hope your DD enjoys her residential trip, I can't wait for DS to get home I Have missed him so much, funny how desperate I was for peace and quiet. He will probably be in the house half an hour and fighting with his sister.

Hope you have a nice relaxed evening.
