    Mummytogirls - 100 years to be debtfree - I think not! 2nd Mar 10 at 2:58 PM
    Hello everyone!

Only ever posted on here once but starting to get my debts in order so starting a diary to try and keep me on track.

Basically since the beginning of 2010 ive really started to think positive about reducing my credit.
This included starting a spending diary which I have totted up February today and I can tell you I am throughly shocked!!

Joined whatsthecost.com today and snowballed which told me I will be debt free in 100 years ! Well im sure I wont even be alive at which point and dont really want to live me life like this, teetering from one month to the next and juggling things around!

    So here I am!

I have a loan with HSBC that will be paid off in Feb 2012. That is the biggy and costs me £353 per month!
Once this is paid off I will be throwing this money at the credit cards to hopefully get debt free by Dec 2014.

So here goes wish me luck!!!

Sounds about right HI!!! Poor DD with the miserable weather.

SA, I haven't got into Lidl yet, we tried one in France and didn't really like it!! Give me about 5 years to get used to it and il be raving on about how good it is

So I've been so naughty food wise tonight and told DH we need to stop this now as I'm a bridesmaid in 6 weeks and trying on my dress in 2 .
Day started off well with country crisp strawberry cereal and a slice of wholemeal toast then 1/2 a pitta pizza DH made.
Tea then was BBQ chicken chicken, hm oven chips and onion rings.
Then.... wine, mini eggs, 8 pieces of galaxy and half a bag of balsamic crisps

Tomorrow were having a roast with syrup sponge for pudding this is all DH's fault as I would not have bought this items should he not have been in Mr A's with me

Back on it Monday!!! Might even frequent the gym tomorrow xx

I don't mind Lidl its actually about a 10 min walk from mine so our closest supermarket. I couldn't do a full weeks shop at ours though, its rather small.

They have some brilliant weekend deals I like to take advantage of though and their yum yums are to die for

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

    Afternoon Diary,

Cant believe were at Sunday already . Had a pretty productive morning. Did the ironing, pegged out (only for 3 hours though as it rained) and went to the gym. Just back from a partially successful shopping trip. Went for a strapless bra to wear with my bridesmaid dress and came home with a fathers day present and some cards.
    Hate bra shopping!

HI, I don't need any more bad influences you know

DTD, we love our cheat burger nights. I have BBQ sauce on mine, kids have a nandos and DH has a cajun burger which hm oven chips and onion rings

UncannyScot, we all love our food a bit too much don't we

So I've been more controlled with what I have eaten today!

    Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - banana and chocolate rice cake
Tea - roast chicken, stuffing, parnsips, leeks, carrots, broccoli, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings
    Snacks - 2 rich tea

We also have syrup sponge for pudding but DH and I are going to share one to save on the calories

    Right hope all ok xx

I need to keep a check on what I'm eating, before I went to the lakes I was religiously using an app called 'lose it' which was fab and I lost 1/2 stone in about 6 weeks, but I've gotten lazy and keep dipping into the naughty cupboard, the problem is it makes me really sluggish when I'm eating crap, and I've done no exercise I'm going to try and stick to it again (I've said that every evening for the last week )

Sounds like you've been the perfect housewife today, I love those days but they are few and far between for me

    Evening Diary,

Just a really quick post as I'm expecting my sister shortly to go for her wedding dress fitting... at this time.. yes!!

    NSD5 today

    Food:
    Breakfast - weetabix
lunch - homemade tomato and mozzarella soup and a seeded thin and strawberries with natural yoghurt
Tea - pulled fahitas with salad
Snacks - chocolate rice cake and a banana

Might have just had 3 rich tea biscuits with my cuppa!!! Totally haven't eaten enough today, need to sort that out in future as I've felt tired and headachey.

Emmie, get back in the zone!!! I totally agree if makes you feel so much less sluggish. I use MFP, not heard of the other app.

Right best go she's gonna be here any minute. Hope all ok xx

Lunch - Beans on toast with fruit, oats and yoghurt
Tea - chicken salad wrap and roast new potatoes
Snack - rocky biscuit, strawberry and banana smoothie

Right best go, MIL just called to say DH's nan in hospital so need to fill him in.

Ooh the spam disappeared, it was basically someone trying to sort consolidation loans if I remember correctly.
Sounds like you are on the ball with the healthy eating, I am still in the planning stage and haven't quite got round to eating anything healthy, which means I am still at the constantly shattered phase. Must try harder.

    Good Evening Diary,

Just watching love island and having a little catch up on here!!

Feeling so good at the minute not sure whats going on !! I think the gym and healthier eating are helping matters.
Emmie, I can easily get back off the healthy eating... like at the weekend !!

So today has been a spend day £18 in the farmshop on chicken, teacakes, burgers, strawberries and yoghurt.

    Food:
    Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - cheese and mushroom omelette and beans and chocolate mousse
Tea - Chicken tikka and salad wrap and potato wedges
Snacks - triple biscuit, satsuma and pea snacks

Probably won't get on to post tomorrow as I'm back at work at 6pm for a meeting. Going to try and go to the gym between leaving work and picking the girls up.

    Hope all ok xx

You are definitely motivated at the moment, today I did start with the healthy eating finally yay!!
I had a slight slip up with a glass of prosecco after I had finished gardening, but in my defence it was opened on Sunday and was going very flat, I needed it to fulfil its destiny the bottle is finished now so no more temptations.
