    Mummytogirls - 100 years to be debtfree - I think not! 2nd Mar 10 at 2:58 PM
    Hello everyone!

Only ever posted on here once but starting to get my debts in order so starting a diary to try and keep me on track.

Basically since the beginning of 2010 ive really started to think positive about reducing my credit.
This included starting a spending diary which I have totted up February today and I can tell you I am throughly shocked!!

Joined whatsthecost.com today and snowballed which told me I will be debt free in 100 years ! Well im sure I wont even be alive at which point and dont really want to live me life like this, teetering from one month to the next and juggling things around!

    So here I am!

I have a loan with HSBC that will be paid off in Feb 2012. That is the biggy and costs me £353 per month!
Once this is paid off I will be throwing this money at the credit cards to hopefully get debt free by Dec 2014.

So here goes wish me luck!!!

    Morning Diary,

Well this morning has been interesting! DD2 wasn't feeling 100% this morning, gave her calpol and sent her to school with a note to say that if she didn't feel good to call me. Wasn't even at work half an hour before I got a call to go and collect her! Anyway she had some toast and perked up and asked to go back to school but then she's gone back down hill so I'm keeping her at home and hopefully she will be ok for tomorrow. Work is super busy as well but theres not much I can do about it, DH had cycled so he couldn't really do much either!

Had a small spend day so far, spent £6 in Mr T's on bread and calpol.

Haha Bob that made me laugh!!! I had 2 this time, it was those baguette ones this time, got the wrong one delivered!

    Thats about all really xx

Sorry to read that about DD. Did you know you can ask the chemist for calpol for free? Its something like the minor ailments scheme, you can get certain things for children free on it. I think you get unbranded calpol but still, it's not cheap stuff is it so worth an ask.

Glad you got a better portion this time. Garlic bread is too good to be stingey with

    Evening Diary,

Flying visit here as finally hit the wall and tired!!!

Bob, I did know about that scheme but actually forgot about it! to the garlic bread! Its keeps the calories down letting DH eat it all

Thanks PLMBL, she's been back at school but coughing her head off tonight, I feel a bad night coming on and I'm really tired!

So parents evening tonight, both girls got outstanding reports from their teachers. This wasn't a surprise for DD2 as she is always perfect Peter at school! DD1 however likes to test the boundaries and get distracted but it would seem she has finally pulled her socks up as she is a very clever girl.

Haven't had a NSD since no 5 on Monday... must try harder next week!!

    Hope all ok x
