    Mummytogirls - 100 years to be debtfree - I think not! 2nd Mar 10 at 2:58 PM
    Hello everyone!

Only ever posted on here once but starting to get my debts in order so starting a diary to try and keep me on track.

Basically since the beginning of 2010 ive really started to think positive about reducing my credit.
This included starting a spending diary which I have totted up February today and I can tell you I am throughly shocked!!

Joined whatsthecost.com today and snowballed which told me I will be debt free in 100 years ! Well im sure I wont even be alive at which point and dont really want to live me life like this, teetering from one month to the next and juggling things around!

    So here I am!

I have a loan with HSBC that will be paid off in Feb 2012. That is the biggy and costs me £353 per month!
Once this is paid off I will be throwing this money at the credit cards to hopefully get debt free by Dec 2014.

So here goes wish me luck!!!

    Afternoon Diary,

What a glorious day its been today... well from what I could see out of the office window! I knew it would be nice so I'd put some washing out over the airer this morning and its practically dried , I've just put it round the radiators to make sure its fully fully dry.

Thanks for your support SA and Bob! Im glad you got a refund SA and Bob no its not! He does have a high level job but its literally not even 2 hours a week he has to do this for so I have no sympathy.

So today will be a small spend day.. £5 in the coop on butter and crumpets (DH cycles Tuesday so wouldn't be able to bring it home tonight either which is annoying ) and then I have my eye brow waxing this evening which will be paid for out of my own spending money.

Other than that not a bad day xx

Well done on the ebay sale! And glad the weather is good for you too. The change is weather is definitely helping everyone's moods in the office today I'm so excited to be able to leave work and it still be light (just!) - a couple more weeks and then I should be able to start walking part of my journey home instead of scurrying from the office to the nearest tube station like some kind of human-mole hybrid.

My "personal care" category in YNAB is pretty much just for my eyebrows and haircuts. I can DIY mostly everything else but I refuse to start messing around with my eyebrows!

    Evening (again!) diary,

Just been doing the online shop for Saturday so thought id pop in for another catch up.

You're all going to love this.... washing alert!!! Its going to be nice again tomorrow so I've loaded up my airer again ready to go out tomorrow morning.

GC - I agree its totally amazing how much better people are in the sunshine. Also refuse to do my own eyebrows as it makes my eyes water horrendously so best just to get waxed ha! Over in minutes!!

I always get ulcers when I am run down, it's a sure sign. Hope you're able to relax even just a little over the weekend.

MTG if I make it to 10pm I consider it an achievement these days. Hope the mouth ulcer improves soon, they are such tiny things but so painful.

And I will say only one last word - Smonday is fast approaching.

Ooo I hate mouth ulcers/ cold sores - I suffer with them loads and they always make me feel horrible.

The weather has been gorgeous here this morning, clouded over now but we managed to spend an hour in the garden clearing plants and weeds.

    Afternoon Diary,

Thanks Bob, SA and Louby for your comments, glad were not the only ones thinking past 10pm at the weekends is an achievement haha!!!
    SA, Boooooooo to Smonday!

So its been lovely here today. I took DD1 to her match this morning to give DH the day off from it. Then this afternoon weve been out for a walk round the village and the park. Kids all playing out and have just been kicking off as I won't let them off the street and down the park! They obviously think I'm the meanest whilst I'm thinking all the other parents are too slack . Its just that little bit too far for my liking and they're only 10 and 8 after all! They can sulk away, DH and I were both in agreement about the matter.

Ive just finished sewing on 5... yes 5 badges which DD2 brought home from Beavers last week. Not sure why they leave them so long before giving them out.

Just having 5 mins before I need to get on with tea, roast chicken and all the trimmings tonight.

Oh how could I forgot today is NSD4

Think thats all, happy Sunday all (well whats left of it) xx
