I've had a few people asking me for another meal planner so I thought I would do a weeks main evening meals and puddings this time.
I'll do the days, a shopping list and the recipes when needed like last time. Feel free to comment or ask questions in the meantime.
Monday
Potato Bake and HM Vanilla Ice Cream
Tuesday
Mince and Dumplings and HM Vanilla Ice Cream
Wednesday
HM Fish Fingers, chips and peas and jelly.
Thursday
Chicken curry and rice and jelly
Friday
HM Pizza (but with a bought pizza base ) followed by HM vanilla ice cream
Saturday
Sausage, mash and peas followed by fruit and jelly cake
Sunday
Pork Roast dinner followed by fruit and jelly cake.

1 Large bag potatos (the kind of your choice)

1 value bag cooking onions
4 large tins sterilised cream
Vanilla Sugar
Beef Mince
4 carrots
gravy granules,
flour,
suet,
fish fingers,
3 tins peas,
5 jellys of your choice
2 large chicken breasts
brown rice
sultanas,
1 cooking apple,
curry powder,
pizza base,
tomato puree,
ham,
sausages,
pork joint,
2 large cod or haddock fillets,
1 large sponge base,

Potato Bake
Preheat oven to gas mark 3. Peel and slice enough potatos for 3 people (depends on your appetite). Grate about 6oz of cheese and dice 2 or 3 cooking onions. Layer up the potato, cheese and onion in an oven proof dish and then pour on about half a pint of milk. Mince and Dumplings
Preheat the slow cooker. Dice 2 or 3 carrots and 2 onions. Add the mince to the slow cooker with the carrots and onions and then add gravy made from gravy granules. This should take around 3 hours to cook. About 30 minutes before serving mix together equal amounts of flour and suet with water to make dumplings. Chicken Curry
Preheat slow cooker. Cube 2 large chicken breasts and add to slow cooker. Add a bit of boiling water, sultanas, carrots, potato and apple. Cook for about 3 hours and then cook brown rice.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040 -

"HM" Pizza
Preheat oven to gas mark 4. Chop ham into small pieces and grate about 3oz of cheese. Spread the pizza base with a generous helping of tomato puree and then add the cheese and ham (or anything else you fancy).
