Chancery Search Question 31st Oct 09 at 12:45 PM
Chancery search result has come back on property about to purchase. It says we are liable. This property is in a small town with a large church in the centre. My understanding of thi sis that we would be liable to pay for any repairs to the church. Would i be right in thinking that all of our town would be too? I personally dont really think this is much to be worried about, am i naive? How likely is it i would have to pay something, and if i did are we talking thousands? hundreds? tens?
Anyone else had any issue with chancery searches?
