Default HELP!! How much to renew my lease?

I have a flat with a 99 year lease granted in Jan 1985.
There is no ground rent payable. Value approx 170,000.

Could anyone give an indication what I could expect to pay to extend the lease for another 90 years?

How is this calculated?
