Yes they are owned by Manchester Airport.
It is expensive to park at Bournemouth, I think either Wave 105 (radio) offer discount or direct with Bournemouth Airport Online.

Does anyone have a code to get a discount on parking at Bournemouth airport?

I think they are part of the same group as Manchester airport.

The parking spot was at the end of the runway and I could even see my car when we took off/landed ! Happy to PM you the details of the person I parked with.
