Mortgage Express - SVR?
My mortgage is about to move onto the Mortgage express (part of bradford & bingly) Standard variable rate after 2 years, all my paperwork says the interest rate will be 7.4% but that was 2 years ago.
Does anyone know what there current SVR is?

Interest rate changes
Following the reduction in the Bank of England Base Rate by 0.5% on 5th March 2009, the Bradford & Bingley Standard Variable Rate (SVR) remains 4.59%. Details of changes in our SVR can always be found in the Interest Rate section of our website.
