Stoozing?

A quick question for a newcomer to this site. I keep reading stuff about stoozing - what is it?

Its when you borrow money at 0% (on a credit card or overdraft normally) and then put it in a savings account to earn interest. Its only for those with decent credit ratings but if you can afford to borrow many thousands at 0% then there is some money to be made. Obviously a 0% credit card will require minimum payments but these can be made from savings. Personally I stooze my £1000 0% student overdraft, doesn't make me huge sums but feels good to get every penny that I can out of the nasty banks ;)

There's probably more info on the credit card boards.
