Default Bmid Essentials Unauthorised Direct Debit

Hi wondering if anyone can help, i have eventually got around to online banking with nat west and was browsing my direct debits every month when i noticed a bmid essentials one that goes out every month and has been doing so since june 08 for 25.83.....i have no idea what this is for and they have had around 250 from me.....i have cancelled the direct debit on line so they are'nt taking any more......any ideas who this company is and what it could be for,......i have tried telephoning them but guess it will have to wait until new year.....thanks in advance:confused:

Default BMID Essentials

Hi there
I've just checked my direct debits and came accross one for BMID Essentials - wanting to know what it was for I searched the internet to discover that other people had found the same thing. I have contacted my bank to request an dinvestigation and a refund. watch this space.
