...is now up to a 20 minute queue. Arggghhh!!!

Sorry to rant, but am VERY irritated today!!!

Hope your not using an 084/087 number !!

Try this http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php and put "lloyds tsb" (without the quote marks), into the company search box, where you will get lots of alternatives.

What's the score with those numbers?

084/087 numbers are revenue sharing premium rate numbers, they can cost up to 40p per minute from a mobile and are never included in phone packages, meaning you will always pay for them, that is why you should always try the "saynoto0870" site for geographical numbers.
