I've had this sample before - can't remember where/when I applied for it!

From memory, I got 3 x sachet samples of shampoo, bodywash and cream (i.e. 9 sachets in total). So it's definitely enough to try out the product and decide if you like it or not.

Ordered some for my step-mum. She usually has to pay a fortune to try out creams so she'll be pleased with this, even if it doesn't work!

I too had problems with the name and address so i just emailed them through the contact us link - should do the trick !!!

Thanks op. I have oh with psorasis and ds with exzecma excuse spelling. Both have the usual prescribed medicines, but do find Aloe Vera helps. We have a couple of plants.

It did the same to me also. I was letting my puter auto-enter my details. When I actually typed them in myself, it went through just fine.

Probably a software program within the site to prevent multiple requests or bots.
