Two years ago Cliff Farm was up at £400k (with way better pictures); now it's guide price £175k. Maybe that beach is already closer.

All that extravagance, and yet they opt for the cheapest, ugliest metal-frame beds you do be disappointed to find in a hostel....

I think most of it's pretty shoddy, there's just an awful lot of it!

You can easily imagine it's an office from the main pic.

Love the stable divider in the bedroom but that flipping chimney ruins the outside.

A lot of house for the money <Sorry, I can't post links yet so had to remove>.
I have quite a few notes on this one...
Picture 5: Is that fireplace just suspended by the flue?
Picture 6: The kids play area is great for when they're young, but surely you'd want to rip that out after a few years. Seems like such a waste really.
Picture 11: One of my house peeves... Stairs that go directly into a bedroom.
Picture 13: I think the tiling choices ruin this en suite completely.
Picture 16: Wait... are those the same stairs into the master bedroom with no door at the bottom either? No private time for Mommy or Daddy in that house.
Picture 23: Why? Why would anyone do that to their bathroom?
Picture 29: Does it come with the jet ski?

Looking at the aerial view, I think it is a good deal closer.
