    yesterday I had a letter from a new debt collection company about the same matter, this time it's from Zenith Collections. The DRP deadline expired, Zenith have a new pay by date of 20 Dec. Does this debt swapping happen a lot?

    Look at the bottom of the letter, you will find they are the same company another part of the scammers nasty twisted way of trying to con you!

    Strangely I received another letter from DRP yesterday, it is an offer to pay the £160 by instalments! I'm sitting this one out.

    Desperate DRP:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Seconded. :)
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Ha ha well I've had a nice break with Mrs Fishy in Madeira and come back calm and relaxed and less confrontational but shocked by the cold!

    Just an update on this one. The letters have stopped now but I'm wondering if they can add a marker to my credit file?? Is it only if there is court action as other companies (e.g. Vodaphone) can do this without court action??

    They stop once they realise you are not a mug

    NO they cannot add a marker on your credit file.

    These debt collectors are just simpleton idiots and it's not
    even their debt .... they were on a mugging trip

    Vodaphone can because you have a credit account
    with them ....... NOT IDIOTS INVOLVED IN THE
    GREAT PARKING SCAM

    Only happens if you lost in court and did not pay
